NEGOTIATING

Inventors often ask the question of which is best; outright cash sale or a continuing royalty deal?

The answer is of course a personal decision and one you can more easily make after you know the manufacturer, his production facilities, and his sales distribution. But the final deal you make should be fair....... fair to you and fair to the manufacturer. Of course, the final deal is usually made on the basis of what the manufacturer will pay. 

On matters such as these, good judgment on the part of both the inventor and the manufacturer must prevail. Kessler will work with you and the manufacturer to determine what is in the best interest of both parties. It is important to note these are a few of the more active products that represent a cross section of many product lines. The fact that these products generated good interest does not mean that your product in the same line will generate the same interest.
